The fall program is calculated over 38 weeks. The first and last month’s tuition is due upon registration and is non-refundable. There is a $25.00 Registration Fee per student that is due upon registration and is also non-refundable. If you attend the summer program, the fall registration fee will be waived. September 1^st, 2010 through April 1^st, 2011 with your registration (see Carrie for tuition information). ACA offers a 20% Family Discount to those families registering 2 or more children.  It is understood that students are registered for the whole term of the fall program. Withdrawal from the program must be submitted in writing before the first of the month. Make-up classes are a courtesy that ACA offers in cases of illness or injury only. It is customary that students make up missed classes in the same level or at the discretion of the school director as a different level may be acceptable.
